MAS Boston Organizer
This part time position is right for you if you like to deal with people, to work with a dynamic team to serve the community, and you enjoy working in a fast pace organization. Here are some of the tasks you will help us with :

Help with volunteer management in various events

Coordinating meeting and events
-
Taking notes, and following up on action items
-
Assisting in administrative functions
-
calling donors and volunteers with action items
-
assisting in marketing campaigns (pictures, emails, web site, etc…)
-
drafting emails, and verbal communication with others
-
following up with various MAS Boston committees
-
Assisting in some accounting functions and bookkeeping.
-
Should be a “people’s person”, committed to serving the community, punctual, delivers on his/her promises,
-
Proficient with Microsoft, is able to communicate well over the phone and on emails, high level of responsibility.
