MAS Boston Organizer

This part time position is right for you if you like to deal with people, to work with a dynamic team to serve the community, and you enjoy working in a fast pace organization. Here are some of the tasks you will help us with :

  • Help with volunteer management in various events

  • Coordinating meeting and events

  • Taking notes, and following up on action items

  • Assisting in administrative functions

  • calling donors and volunteers with action items

  • assisting in marketing campaigns (pictures, emails, web site, etc…) 

  • drafting emails, and verbal communication with others

  • following up with various MAS Boston committees

  • Assisting in some accounting functions and bookkeeping.

  • Should be a “people’s person”, committed to serving the community, punctual, delivers on his/her promises,

  • Proficient with Microsoft, is able to communicate well over the phone and on emails, high level of responsibility.

  • Part time position available ; Internships available
