DESCRIPTION:Islamic Relief USA will be joining forces with our partners to help combat hunger by assembling meals that will be distributed to local families in need. This event will be hosted at MIT in Cambridge\, MA! Sign up here. \nWe need your help to assemble 75\,000 meals! \nWHEN: Saturday\, September 21\nSet up Shift: 9:00am-11am\nMeal Packing : 11am-2pm \nWHERE:\nMIT Student Center\nLa Sala de Puerto Rico (W20-202)\n84 Massachusetts Ave\nCambridge\, MA 02139 \nAdditional Information:\n-IRUSA shirts will be provided at the event\, please select your shirt size when signing up for this event.\n– Age Restriction: If you are planning to bring a child under the age of 14 please email the coordinator listed below so that your child may be listed as a guest (capacity permitting). \nWHAT TO EXPECT:\n– Please arrive at the scheduled shift time. — The shift times are set up to allow for appropriate safety precautions and sanitation.\n– Please sanitize your hands before\, during\, and after the project.\n– If you have a fever\, please stay home!\n– Restroom facilities at the project site are for emergency purposes only and are not managed by Islamic Relief USA.
