Please make sure to indicate whether it is a donation or a purchase. You can also help MAS Boston improve and bring more community services by donating directly to the community fund.

Islamic Last Will Template

You can also download a sample Islamic Will that you may use as a template for a Last Will. After filing out this Will, you should print copies and have them duly notarized. Make sure to leave copies with your family members, executor(s), or persons you judge appropriate for such responsibility.

It is recommended that you also consult with a lawyer to ascertain the completness and applicability of such Will as per your personal requirements.

When a death occurs, first and foremost be patient, and try to control your emotions. Remember, the soul goes back to Allah swt, the Creator of All-Things. Call to inform us, and inshAllah our designated representatives will assist you in the best way possible befitting your circumstances. They will either provide advice or make the needed arrangements for burial. Either way, you will be provided inshAllah with guidance to what is needed for such arrangements.
